Default Seller performance is below standard????

Hello,

Item as described 1.00% 1.32% 4

My seller performance is 1.32% and count is 4. I do not really know what is that mean. Maximum allowed is 1%. Next revision is on april 20.

Account does not have any limit and 8 years old.

What does it mean and what should I do?

Thanks,,,,

It means you have had to many low DSR scores from buyers and your performance is BELOW STANDARD.

A 4 average is very low and if you don't do something to improve it soon you will in all probability lose the account.

Best look at your business model and how you describing your auction items

Let the account cool off and open a stealth account to take the pressure off sales.

Also when listing your items put as much information in the listing as possible that way

there will be no reason for people to leave you a low DSR.

Simply tell the buyers exactly what they are buying.

Both post bring up good points.

Defo let that account cool off and go stealth, you would be foolish not too.

Or boost your sales with low end winnders that will get you positives and DSRs.

When I have an account that hits "Below Standard" performance I let it cool off for a FULL YEAR before selling on it again.

You should also figure out WHY you are getting low DSR's for your items being not as described. Are they phakes? Is the condiiton described accurately? It is human nature to want to put the best possible light on your products, but you should avoid the temptation to simply gloss over flaws to rate the condiiton higher. Is it something else?

Whatever it is, try to correct it. That will avoid this problem in the future.

Just to reiterate what Jeffweico said:

There are fundamental flaws in your business model which need to be addressed. Fix this and you will find success.
