freaking UK TV re-tune

So you know our analogue channels have disappeared...

and there is this national re-tune thing

Got 5 year old TV, meant to be compatible with digital, did the re-tune, all digital channels got erased and can only get bbc2 now...

the sky on it is ok

got another tv about 2 years old, re-tune went ok, except I lost ITV1

5 year old TV...guess if you ever get angry, you can take a nice bat to it =P

That happened to us here in the US previously. I lost a couple of channels. They were not actually "lost" as the channles are still there, but the signal I am picking up is not strong enough to get the digital picture. Maybe the same thing is happening to you???

yeah this happens with the digital channels

you have to keep doing it till you get them all,its a pain

if you got sky you should not have to worry
