I know, first two weeks are hard as hell,after that is much better but if i go out and drink something start smoking again:( | That's why tapering off anything is way better than cold turkey, your body has a chance to get used to it without any harsh affects.
You go as long as you can without a smoke, then have one and repeat, each time between smokes shoud get longer and longer, combine that with jogging to clean your lungs out and that should do it.
