 paypal Phone info
Well just when i thought my limit would finally be lifted, i get this email:

"Your account access limitation cannot be lifted at this time. We need more
information about your account before we can proceed with the appeal
process. Please complete the steps below so that we may review your
account further:
We have contacted your buyers to confirm they have received the items they
have purchased from you.
Once we have received confirmation from the buyers they have received their
items from you, we will be able to review your account further."

I want to contact paypal by phone, buy all i can find are fax numbers. I want to call them and explain that those were international orders and they wont receive them for at least another week. Its really killing my business because i cant list items on ebay till the limit is lifted and i dont have inventory listed now.
I was wondering if anyone had paypal's phone number so i can contact them and explain myself. Also, i'm going to be calling from a phone that isnt registered to the paypal account, is that ok? Do you have any tips for me?
BTW i contacted the 2 people paypal emailed about the package asking them to reply to it saying they got their package, and that i have sent their package and that they should receive it soon. Was that a good idea?
