I jus got limited today need some assistance!

Hey all!

Bad news.:( i need your feedback on this. Heres what i did.

I opened a site at eCrater.com and listed the items i sell on ebay(bose item). After my ebay auction ended and was paid thru gaypal to my ⊗⊗⊗⊗ pp account, i then placed an order on my ecrater (which is linked to my real paypal account) and the funds transfer'd there.

1) the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ account got limited for haveing ⊗⊗⊗⊗ bank account info (wow)

2) my real pp account is not limited but paypal generated a claim and put the funds on hold


Any suggestions on whats next to come?


* I didnt put shipping fees on my ecrater
** I put the ebay buyers

I had the same happen. I'd forget about your funds in your limited account, or, what have they asked for now it's limited?

And, that will teach you for selling (Bose triport? )

Well..thats the only product i know how to get quick, sell easy with nice nice profit .

The claim for now, basically wanted to me just to confirm the shipping address (Which was to the ebay buyers address) I did it in like a gift kinda way. I left $20 dollars in the limited account they can keep that.

I just want them to relase da hold of the payment cause its in my real pp account and atleast let me try to withdraw the cash.

I should of charged shipping to get the seller protection but they still would of limited and held the payment either way right?

bankstatement, cc statement, confirm location

Try calling them if you can and make an excuse why you can't provide this...say all your bills are electronic...get the employees name and employee number then send an email to appeal@paypal.com and say the same thing you say on the phone...worked for me..is the address confirmation all they want?

Actually no. The resolution center says this:

1. Confirm address

2. Proof of address

3. Proof of credit card

4. Proof of bank statement

** I think before the limit happen they tried to call to ask about the a transaction. But no 1 answered (red flag)
