Paypal account creation

Im creating paypal accounts just to collect money, not for ebay payments.

Im from new york and I have to move to Florida and I wanna create accounts from new york with my broadband changing IP, now if I use the accounts that I created in new york and use them in florida will that flag me?

Another question also can I start collecting money on a brand new papal account, if not how long should i wait?

Papal accounts need to get permission to collect money.

In no special order:

paypal understand people move address.

Not unreasonable to have IP changes. You could create the account in NY and then before moving call paypal. Ask them what you can do about changing address.(they like that stuff).

I would suggest you verify and confirm the account from the start. Make it as good as possible.

Whe you say 'collecting' money, I would suggest approaching this carefully too.
It depends on your business plan and the source of your funds

I have never had a problem with ips not matching the state the Pp's in. My 2 paypals are like 2000 miles from my ip and i had this paypal for about a year or so now and its done hit the 20k limit months ago and still its going strong. Im riding it till the wheels fall off :D

If you are receiving money as gifts you it is unlimited. If you go over 18k especially early in the year or the projections look like you will. PayPal won't stop bugging you and eventually will limit your account.
