 Paypal: Submit direct debit agreement
I need some help in getting my paypal account up and running, I have already set up and verified an ebay account with false personal details and these are the same details I used to register my new paypal account, but the problem is paypal want me to set up a direct debit, and wont make the two small deposits until I agree to the direct debit, the account is legit but obviously my paypal name and real name do not match, I understand this isn't a problem for ebay but doesn't a direct debit agreement need to match the correct name, please advise how to proceed.
