Ebay doesn't follow their own policy

I was trolling ebay's forums today when I found a thread from a ebay user who reported another ebay user for linking her own online auction in her about me pages. (not her store her online auction). To top it off when the women tried to register for her online auction the site asked for her name, address, ebay user id, and ssn.
She reported it to ebay two weeks ago and they didn't do a thing. I would put in the users idso you could see for yourself but I don't know if that is spamming?
The point is ebay is wicked, I see some crazy stuff they let fly. Buyers can do anything they want and not get axed. And I can't sleep at night if I think I have to many auctions running at one time. (a whole five). lol

ebay is a rogue company, they do whatever they please.

It sounds like it violates the phishing policy.

I've noticed ebay will ignore a bad violation for months and months of people reporting it and then randomly one time eBay will actually enforce it. Other times eBay will have some crazy staffer that goes digging to find every single violation they can even when it wasn't reported.
