cashplus card

hi there, im not sure if im in the right section but i wanted advice on cashplus mastercard prepaid. can i use this to make a selling account? when i go to sell a item it takes me to a option to pay fees, i dont have a credit card or a direct debit account. so would a cashplus card work on this? thanks for any replys and once again sorry if im on the wrong site/section lol
