I only have experience with MB/Skrill - buyers have paid that way. No knowledge of Propay since not offered to Canada folx.

do you say anything in your listings? or do you just list it then they get hit with skrill when they go to pay

I keep MB active - unclick PP - some people complain but I explain that it's listed as a form of payment so I have not had much problems...

MB aka Skrill is a good service, bit of a bother to get started up other then that my only complaint is the reserve but it gets better with time. Anything is better then Paypal

Skill is bet pagate but i see any buyer in USA can't payment complete.
