Why were you suspended ???

Do not use your friends EB/PP A/C - not a good idea.

Agree with SUVE, I gave that same advice to someone else and they got really bitchy about it, lol. But yes, we need more info on why you were canned.

Listen to SUVE. Not a good idea to use your friends info/account. Probably wont be friends for much longer once/if the account gets toasted and they come after your friend for the money thats outstanding.

Purchase the stealth guide and use your own accounts.

as for selling the damaged phones...Too much of a risk honesly, and you'll probably get the request for supplier info and ID. especially if you are just beginning to sell on an account of any age.

A receipt that details the phones, probably. What kind of damages are we talking about?

Spend a bit of time here understanding how to create EB/PP A/C & operate successfully. Or consider purchasing one or two test accounts on here, if only to save you using your friends EB/PP A/C.

If you are selling them as spares & repairs or CLEARLY state this in your item listing as such - nothing is risk 100 % free from upset buyers.

Phones are high risk category & hence not a good item to start on a new EB/PP A/C - expect limitations & personal ID & supplier document request.

how long does it usually take to be able to list more high end items?
I use to sell 3,000 to 6,000 weekly.

I can tell you off the bat you would NOT get ANYWHERE near those figures on a new EB/PP A/C.

Let me get this right - are you telling me that the PP/EB that you've just got banned from sold this quantity level ???

The EB/PP A/C that generated this revenue on a weekly basis ....what was the selling limits & the number of items you could list on a monthly basis ??? Was it a personal EB/PP A/C ??? Bronze/silver/gold EB/PP A/C ???

It would help to put your query into context if you explained this.

Yep, and limits was like 200/nearly 50,000 a month,
use to be silver power-seller and top rated until January this year.
And that account was only 1 year old.
and yes it was personal.

I'd would get the stealth guide as a reference point & read around the forums to get your head around this.

This would be prudent in your case since you are so very new to this.

This should be your starting point.

I know someone who buys damaged phones any place they can get them and does very well on ebay with them.

So yes, it can be done if you have a good description and are willing to put up with the whiner buyers who thought they were going to get a 400.00 phone for 25.00.

I used to sell Used mobile phones on ebay and My god it was a lot of hassle. Was making profit but at the same time getting buyers wanting to buy it for nothing or complaining about a small scratch so that I can partial refund them.

So I stopped for a while. But yes if you are patience its worth doing it.

Pull your head in and start to listen to advice.

Your new plan stinks.

Simple as that.

Damaged phones are problematic even for experienced sellers.

To get to that high end selling you have to WORK to earn the right to sell.

Not take a hand out from a friend whose account will be lost quickly.

Your choice. Good Luck

The professional ebay buyers do this on almost anything they can get away it.

That is why I add tons of pictures so I can tell them pictures are a part of my description.
