Default Help with Paypal Stealth Account
Ok, so I am a Canadian citizen, and I need to do the PayPal stealth account.

Am I able to use an RBC virtual visa debit card? I think it is a vcc. And would that let me transfer my PayPal funds to it instantly? If not, how could I transfer my PayPal funds instantly?

RBC virtual visa card is what? something you create online from your credit card? If so - yes a vcc. But you cant do instanteneous withdrawal to it on a pp.ca account - you can only do bank.
