Bank acct needed for new evilBay accts now?

I set up and buying acct, getting ready to sell and its says i will need both CC and Bank, CC was first in the line up, I havent gone through yet at i need to get a CC #. Can anyone verify that I WILL need a Bank acct too??

You PROBABLY will. I did, and I know others did. But it appears that judging by what information you have inputted, they will ask for different information.
