I understand the sentiment, but unless the bidder outbid others for it, and does it just to screw with you, just cancel the auction and move on, especially if it's a just a buy it now. Some slight inconvenience is the price of doing business. If I'm not mistaken you might even get neg feedback as well if ebay's system allows it. Ebay and paypal are the enemies, not the occasional non paying buyer. Quote:

This could come back to bite you in the ass if they pay. | The buyer can pay, immediately ask for a refund, and still have the option of leaving negative feedback after you've refunded him. ALL THIS trouble just because you didn't want to cancel.
