That looks similar to what I eat except that I don't drink. I used to work out 5 years ago but stopped after no results. But I used to get the piss ripped at school and was actually removed from my parents for a year when I was 12 (long story...) since you couldn't tell that I ate so much just by looking at me... I'm only 55kg.

Although I am more concerned for my health internally so I have now started eating more healthily. Vegetables and salad actually taste pretty good...

My god, that is a fat person diet. I don't see any fruits, veggys, do you even drink water at least?

I see lots of heavy animal proteins/fats in there (cow, pig). Maybe start adding more chicken and/or seafood. In 10 years you're going to need open heart surgery or a new kidney. At least you say you work out, maybe?

Nothing "diet" about what you are eating...

"rgound" food, panda if I can. NO soda only juices that I mix myself.

I have always followed a healthy diet - that's why I still look as good as I do. No one believes I'm the wrong side of sixty - take a look

I just had home-made burgers (a billion times better than the fast food restaurant stuff...), ice cream and home-made chips (again better than what you can buy). And that's just for breakfast!

I keep procrastinating on the healthy eating but I just love this "good" food too much... maybe in future I will only eat like this once every two weeks. I eat like this every weekend currently lol.

Hamburgers do not HAVE TO be unhealthy. Its just that most of them have a very high fat content. Then we put cheese on top of them and slather them with mayo and ketchup. But you can get lean ground beef at the store. Like ground sirloin. Or, if they don't have anything ground already, you can always pick out a lean piece of beef and have them grind that up for you. That is what I do.

Of course that does NOT mean that I don't occasionally go into McDonalds like Taz....

Must be showing my age again...

When I grew up we did not have cable TV, we had no devices to watch movies at home and only big businesses had computers.

There were no video games. We DID have a V-Chip back then, only we called it Mom.

We did not have cell phones, playdates or structured 24/7 activities. We had the outside. We would meet up with our friends in the morning and go out and play until we had to be home, usually just before dark.

We had winners and losers back then. Somehow, we were able to hold on to our self-esteem as we learned that not everybody is good at everything. Everyone has different talents. If we sucked at baseball, they told us so, instead of giving everyone an award.

We were expected to tell the truth. If we lied, we ran the risk of being spanked. When the neighbors saw this, they applauded the adults for being responsible, instead of calling the police to report child abuse.

We knew that sex existed, but had only a vague notion of what it was - we certainly didn't know the details. Our only source of porn was if we were able to find our Dad's stack of Playboys. We didn't exactly understand what we were looking at, although we pretended that we did.

If we wanted to know something, we had to ask someone else who knew about it, or else go to a place called a library. Libraries had a lot of shelves with these paper things on them called books. They contained the knowledge that we were seeking. They would even let us borrow some of these books to take home and read.

Something kind of like a book was left at the door every morning, but it was a little different. It was called a newspaper, and it was how we found out what was going on in the world. Mom used it to find out what was new or on sale at the local stores.

We had restaurants, even some of those that everyone knows of today, like McDonald's. But we only went once in a while, not every day. Back then, Mom prepared meals for the family which included these things called fruits and vegetables. I don't think that things like a triple bacon cheeseburger with extra mayo, cheddar and bacon fries and fried cheese existed - although maybe they did somewhere else - who knows?

Back then, a 12 year old that weighed 200 lbs was considered unusual, and they were taken to doctors by their concerned parents. Nobody ever heard of a lawsuit being filed against McDonald's for serving their tasty food. Back then, the doctors told their parents to avoid the McDonald's - and yet somehow the doctors didn't get sued either. I think that parents just didn't understand our legal system.

We didn't have the computers, 500 channels and video games, but we did have some neat games that we played. Some of the ones I remember were baseball, basketball, hide and seek, kick the can, hopscotch, tag and others. We were tired after being outside all day playing.

Nobody had a television bigger than 26". We only had maybe 5 or 6 channels. Only doctors or other important people had pagers. Someone in the family usually had to cook food if we wanted to eat.

Can you imagine??? I still cannot believe that me and my friends were able to deal with all of these terrible, unspeakable hardships. Yet somehow, we survived...

my policy is, if I buy it I eat it,and I will eat a weeks supply of treats in 2 days..

the trick is do not buy it and have stuff that is bit healthier to hand. I cannot preach though, ate 3 cakes the other day, they were meant to be dessert for all of us at dinner time, but they did not last.
