Default what to do.refunded buyer accidently via echeck

So I accidently refunded the buyer and it was a pending 21 day hold payment so i never even had access to the funds so i though it would just release the hold and transfer back to the buyer but for some reason it is coming out as an echeck form my linked bank account....this is reallly bad, huh? will they see my details now? should I let it bounce? and then once it bounces I will sen refund via paypal payment? or if it bounces can they still see my details? i did not want to remove bank because that one is set up to that ebay and everything was going good...any advice asap would be so much appreciated...I am stressed

echeck takes at least 4 days to clear.

Can you put funds in B4 that?

yes but won't they still see my details?

everything I have read suggests that when the echeck clears or bounces for that matter they see your details like real name, address...is this true?

They can see the details if they analyze the eCheck - if you get direct debit cancelled at this point, the transfer will fail and could cause problems for your pp account...best to let it go through and hope for the best.

Yes I've notice Paypal will limit your account if it's new and you have any type of declined transactions either from bank or cc.

I thought that if the funds were in a 21 day hold period they would release those funds to pay the refund. I mean why would they hold the funds if they are being refunded?

Default echeck

Hi, I accidentally sent echeck as well. What happens? Is your account still safe?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Account CAN be safe since refund seems to be easier to deal with by the system - worse is if your echeck FAILS. Don't let that happen - report back with results. Every case is individual so it's hard to make a cover-all statement.
