Default Order Status: Cancelled

Hello!

I sold a $300 computer on eB June 31st. Payment was received via PP July 1st.

On July 2nd, I uploaded the tracking info, but let the package sit in my living room because I was busy getting schwasted for the holiday weekend.

I went to ship the computer today (July 5th) and for some reason I checked the PayPal order status (which I NEVER EVER DO).

Under Order Status it says: Cancelled (July 3rd).

I am confused because I did not receive a Do Not Ship notice from eB or PP. The eB status is still paid and happy. There are no messages from eB, PP, or the buyer in my email or eB messages. I still have the money in my PP account, with the option to refund the payment.

Obviously I'm not going to ship this out until I know what's going on... but... huh???

Only time I have seen this happen was when I sent a payment to someone. It gave me the option to cancel the payment from the seller.

Although you should wait for others to chime in, Try contacting the buyer and asked if/why they canceled their order.

They might have canceled it once they saw you didnt accept the payment right away.

Ok, it looks like the Buyer most likely canceled the order themselves.

When you log into your paypal account, there is a legend at the bottom of the page under the transaction history.

It says: Canceled: Buyer canceled the transaction.
