Paypal will 100% always close?????

Um I have a question....If I use paypal for an fresh new account, with social, address, right phone number, just everything correct my account will still get closed??? Is this true?? If so then how is there many powersellers selling the same item i am and have paypal with over 1000+ feedback and each item sells for 300+??? Please help me understand...how can you stay in good standings with paypal??

If this is the issue then what is my best bet?? Getting a merchanbt account??
