 paypal lift problem
as said, my paypal account has been limited due to 5 non-receipt compliant at the same time. ( 3 ebay ids were suspended in one week)
and i have uploaded the info of my supplier and my driving license paypal required. it also require me to solve all the complaints first.
i have tried my best to solve all the complaints and now only one complaint still active and it shows the status: being reviewed by paypal. btw, the tracking information has been provided to paypal already.
it has been 5 days since i upload all the documents. last friday i sent an email via paypal online help asking why the account's still limited. they replied today said that they need tracking information of the case id  p-xxx-xxx-xxx which never exists as i could find this case after searching in paypal.
what should i do now... thx for any help..
