That's good news then. It seems the reason they suspended you was because the title of your item. EBay places filters for certain keywords (products) they look for that aren't supposed to be sold. If a auction pops up that has all the wrong keywords, they will either auto delete it or send it to review. I'm guessing newer accounts will get auto deleted, and accounts with more history will get reviewed.
You should be okay to use your brother's account, just clean your computer well, cookies, IP address etc. Add your brothers email to your paypal account to accept the payments and you should be good to go.
Just make sure to change your description and title with your new listings. Don't add that it's not a certain brand either.
