Question paypal limited between 12am and 6am bot or real person?
If your account gets limited a couple of minutes after sending a payment is it a bot or a real person in the early am? Im just curious since I would believe paypal limitations works only in the daytime.

Couple of minutes after is likely a bot or something flagging the system automatically.
