i am trying to link my new ebay account to a old paypal account that i havent used for over 6 months. the paypal account is linked to a old suspeneded ebay account. i changed my ip and cookies, email, etc. will this work?

i had a suspended ebay account a couple years ago, but my paypal was left alone. my paypal seems to be working fine now, and is still linked to the same bank account. I havent used it in quite some time, but need to receive a payment from a customer. If i send a paypal invoice using this paypal and am paid through to this paypal, will i have any problems recovering the money? is my paypal free to usE?

Yea it was like a 400 dollar payment. I hadn't used that account for over a year and half. I've ance changed internet service provider and pc since I was banned sso idk if that might lessen the risk of me being linked to when I had my account limited.

$400 is risky
