Should I do something now? Just got the review Mail
Hope someone could help me out of these.
Just got the mail as below. I would like to know if I should do something to pass this review or just wait their news?
This is my first time to meet such problem, 2 months old account,74 orders right now. Got 12 positive feedback. but have 1 A-Z claim.(That is totally a mistake, as the customer got the item from the tracking record.)
