US Paypal account - you must supply legitimate info

How do you guys actually get new accounts with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ names when they actually need your bank paticulars?

I am wondering if anyone can let me know how do we verify a USA paypal account because i have no problems creating a eBay USA account but paypal is a whole different story

If you have no problems creating an ebay account, you will have no problems creating a PP account, same thing except the bank in which they can't see the info...

But if you cannot provide SS#, your account won't last

if Paypal requires an SS# eventually no matter what, there is no way to use Paypal in any clandestine way.

Aww thats bad :( So i can only create usa accounts that sell on ebay.com only and not worldwide

Im dreading the day they do this with Paypal Canada, as of now...you can pretty much get away with making new accounts without getting linked pretty easy.
