Ok so today i got the message from amazon basically saying my amazon account has been suspended.
Greetings from Amazon.
We are writing to let you know we have removed your selling privileges and placed a temporary hold on any funds in your Amazon.co.uk seller account.
We took this action because your order defect rate (ODR) does not meet Amazon’s performance target of less than 1%. The ODR metric is based on A-to-z Guarantee claims, negative feedback, and chargebacks.
Your performance metrics and previous notifications are available in the Customer Metrics section of your seller account (
https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/g...e/summary.html). Reviewing your metrics may help you identify where you can improve your performance.
We encourage you to take appropriate steps to resolve any pending orders.
Before we can consider reinstatement of your selling privileges, you must provide us with a detailed account of the steps you will take to meet our performance standards in the future. We will then review your plan of action and determine whether to reinstate your selling privileges.
For information on creating and submitting a plan of action please search on “Appeal the Removal of Selling Privileges” in seller Help. If you do not submit a viable plan of action within 17 days, we may permanently remove your Amazon.co.uk selling privileges and hold any funds in your seller account for up to 90 days.
We look forward to hearing from you.
Regards,
Seller Performance Team

Would this be easy to appeal against, the reason for it going above 1% is because i got 1 neg feedback from a buyer because they said i didn't reply to there messages about a return, when i did, and with low sales at the moment this one neg brought me up to 2% defect rate.
If i am able to successfully appeal any information and tips would be greatly appreciated on what i can do when i appeal. Thanks
