hello, ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name and address in paypal. buyer snad today. paypal gives me 3 options: refund buyer, let buyer return then refund, or explain why the buyer doesnt deserve a refund (this is not the exact wording, but its something to that effect)
if i let the buyer send to my ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address, obviously the post office will return it to him as undeliverable. and i dont want to refund and let him keep the merchandise. and i am sure if i explain to paypal why the buyer shouldnt get a refund, i will lose anyway. so what would you do ?

Option 2, return the item for a refund.

CALL the buyer, tell him you will give him a refund if he returns the item to your returns dept. Give him address.

Also e-mail him. But be sure to CALL, at least leave a voice mail.
