Been doing well on Amazon, but have concerns
I opened an amazon seller's account a few months ago and things are going great.
I sell video games. The games that I buy are often times defective, and although I test them before I sell them, I still have issues with them not working for my customers.
I have about a 10% refund rate, which I'm perfectly fine with, but is Amazon okay with this? All my customers are happy. I've never had any complaints. If a customer says their game doesn't work, then I give them a full refund and I don't require a return. No questions asked.
My customers have been happy with my service, but I just need to know if Amazon is okay with my high refund rate. Any ideas? I really don't want to get restricted from selling because I'm doing very well on Amazon and plan to keep at it.
