Default Put Amazon on blast..

Alright, to start here is a story:

Man orders TV online, receives semiautomatic assault rifle instead - The Washington Post

I know it is not Amazon's fault, HOWEVER, they have still marked my account with an A-Z claim... therefore hurting my overall ODR rate

At first they suspended my account, but I fought back and have it active again. Even though my ODR rate suffers because of this.

I have had news agents contact me, but I tell them I do not want to comment until I deal with the situation entirely. (and UPS compensates me for my account (; )

But, my question is, do you think I should put it out there how unfair Amazon is to the sellers of America? The ones who helped build their business as well and give customers low prices.

Just some thought would be nice.

And yes, that was my TV that was supposed to be sent to Mr. Horvitz.

Maybe more negative publicity would help.

Completely unfair.

Amazon deleted my account because I sent a pistol to some kid that bought a video game. Amazon will suspend and delete accounts for anything.

Wait - you're joking right? You sent out a rifle by accident? I hope it's sarcasm
