Default Amazon push back first transfer another week

Anyone else have their first transfer pushed back another week? I think Amazon is starting to play games and looks like they are trying to anticipate claims and negative feedback to sellers.

received this from amazon still to me looks like they are fkn changing their policy on the fly as usual

Bunch of jibberish.

Dear seller,

Thank you for contacting us with your question about your first settlement date.

Generally, Amazon Services first settles your account 21 days after you register your seller account. Subsequently, Amazon attempts to disburse available funds to your bank account every 7 days. Amazon always holds an amount equal to the total payment of orders that you confirmed as shipped in the 14 days prior to the disbursement date. The funds in your account that are in excess of the amount held will be available for disbursement. Customer refunds, A-to-z Guarantee claims, charge backs, as well as selling fees can also affect the funds available for disbursement.

In your account we see that most all order did not complete 14 days reserve time. Please refer to the dated of the orders conformed for better understanding.

5-Aug-12
2-Aug-12
2-Aug-12
2-Aug-12
2-Aug-12
2-Aug-12
29-Jul-12
29-Jul-12
29-Jul-12
29-Jul-12
29-Jul-12
29-Jul-12
29-Jul-12

Hence, non of the order payments were not released. orders placed on 29th will complete their reserve time by 14th AUG, 2nd AUG orders will complete by 16th AUG & 15th orders will complete by 19th AUG. Hence, funds for orders placed before 4th AUG will be disbursed by 18th AUG.

still makes no sense to me. All I gather from this is that I should Have all my money for the first 14 days on Aug 18th,
since I did not have a lot of sales in the two week period they decide to hold my money because they can do it because they are a$$Holes and like to Fk with sellers.

If you go pro merchant although they hold your money for 14 days you do get paid for sales made on the 14th day and then generally you get paid 2 days later in your bank.
