Hey guys ive never had this message before and happened only a week after creating account just wondering is this what EB might be doing to combat us stealth guys can i expect this everytime i create a new account because if this is the case i think stealth for new members who havnt made the accounts yet may be over :( Which i hope is not the case as i have alot of dvd's to sell.

1. Photo copy of the front and back of your driver's license or other
government-issued identification.
2. Photo copies of manufacturer invoices or any other documentation
showing your purchase or ownership of items listed for sale on your
eBay account. This includes any related documentation from your
suppliers.
3. Photo copies of contact address proof (select one of two)
A. Public utility bill in recent 3 months (Electricity bill/water tap
bill/gas bill). If you are tenant, a piece of paper contract of rent
with stamp on it is required.
B. Bank statement of your credit card transaction within recent 3
months

photographs of the above-mentioned documents as attachments.
2. Please save it into .jpg format within 200KB per each, and ensure the
image clarity.
