PayPal is fast for a change

Buyer was slow paying but did pay about two weeks after the listing ended. Payment had the 21 day hold. Item was shipped the same day. USPS marked the item as delivered on the second day. Buyer sent me an email saying that he did not receive the package. I think a few hours later buyer filed a claim with PayPal that he did not receive the package. PayPal closed the claim and released the funds right away. They did not even wait the three days after the delivery to release the funds. Only one email received from PayPal saying that the case was closed.

I just thought someone would like to know about the funds being released sooner.

I did call USPS and they are investigating.

2 weeks to pay!!, wow. I have my auto unpaid case thing set to 4 days and min time to close the case. Move on and relist is the thing for me.

It seems paypal is faster during the summer time when more people are on vacation.

He was very good about asking for more time to pay and the listing went for more than I expected.
