Default restricted ebay account

Hi all, I'm moving to a new address and was hoping to start selling on ebay to help with the bills. I know of a product which should make me a few hundred each month, possibly more but was wondering if by opening a new bank account, new ip address etc as well as completely forgetting my restricted account ( dead to me) will enable me to get back on?

I know this was possible a few years back but what about now?

Regards

You have a good opportunity here to start again and make your self a few quid

Study, learn, have a little bit of patience, ask stupid questions, ask non-stupid questions - most of all get it right in your head before kicking off

Good luck with it

Yes you can get back on.

Open a new bank account.

Use a different user acc on windows.

if your name is Gary, mayhaps people have mistaken you for being Gareth
