Will further action be made against my PayPal account

Paypal limited my account when i tried to add funds to my PayPal and asked for a copy of my:
1. Photo ID
2. Utility Bill
3. Social Security number

As of right now, the only thing i cant do is add funds to my paypal. If i don't resolve this, will they take further action or will i just not be able to add funds to my PayPal anymore.

Not doing what pp wants to be done will result in FULL limitation of account with funds held for 180 days.

You will NOT be able to do anything with the account. Receiving money ability will end in about 4-7 days if I recall correctly.
