buyer account banned: poor communications from third party sellers
Apparently I requested too many refunds.
However, this is not the case. I rarely order from amazon, I usually order from the amazon.com marketplace.
I often would order feeder roaches and mealworm for my reptiles, and other things. The problem is the sellers would often times not have the item in stock. They would cancel the order and then list it as "Buyer requested refund", even though it was their fault they did not properly update the site.
Sometimes seller would mistakingly list a thing wrong, and cancel the order and apologize.
I didn't think the "buyer requested refund" would really do anything, but apparently it counts towards the strikes I have.
I am a reasonable buyer. I do not ask returns/refunds for ****load of stuff. Otherwise I wouldn't be complaining about this. Apparently though, according amazon's flawed system, whenever a seller on the amazon marketplace decides to mark a cancelled order as "buyer requested refund", despite the fact that it was a logistics error on their part, it counts as a refund on my part.
I contacted amazon about this, no avail. Time to go stealth.
Just wanted to post this here, and if you refund your buyer, because of a mistake on your part, please don't put it as buyer requested refund.
