Default trouble paying for items

ok i have a new paypal, if i buy something low price lets say $40 i can pay normally. but if i buy something thats like $100 i get the error message "We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the merchant's website and try using a different payment method (if available)." Ive never got this issue before but i want to know what it is

i think it happens randomly and is a glitch, try again tomorrow

nope they are not, i have many stealth accounts. Im sorry for making a lot of posts but these problems pop up after ive posted the other ones.

@slimjim- I think i kind of agree with it being a glitch i can purchase things priced at $30 easily but not over 100

Re-look at how you make the accounts.

This includes everything.

Not all of these troubles are 'paypal' glitches.

but the thing is, i can pay for low priced stuff and not high priced stuff.

Is the account verified & confirmed?

Bank account attached etc?

paypal will block higher amounts of payments if they do not regard the account as OK....

I simply do not know your methods of creating accounts. Hence I suggesting looking at your methods.
If a VBA got used, it might be a black-listed one.

Not all 'free' phones work.

metabank or accountnow can be problematic on accounts.

How you access paypal might be a flag...

all of these might need consideration

Anything could be flagging the accounts

Maybe it can be with you hitting the sending limit on your paypal account.
