Paypal Verification?

Is it better to have BOTH a bank account and credit card linked to a Canadian paypal? Or does it not make a difference, as long as the account is verified?

It's best to have a Paypal Account Fully Verified with CC and Bank Account always. Your running a Canadian Ebay/PP account? Why not just make US Stealth Accounts? I don't really see a need to go outside the country but perhaps there are perks?

There are perks. With US paypal accounts they apply the 21 day hold to ALL payments you receive- ebay related or not.

Your info is wrong, very wrong. Holds happen with paypal in all countries.
No one country has 'perks' because of paypal

Canada has them

UK does too.

Australia does too.

And that is why you don't use PayPal for off eBay transactions... there are far, far better ways of being paid than to deal with PayPal's grief. Just use them with eBay and leave it at that.

Having both pp CONFIRMED and VERIFIED does help for security of the pp account though.

But I also prefer money that has not been process through pp - avoid absolutely when able to like Elijah said.

definately verify pp, however i only use banks most the time.
