Selling a product with non-retail packaging

I've been selling an electronic product on Amazon with non-retail packaging, and I specify it in the description and haven't had any problems. I want to put it in FBA to generate more sales. Will Amazon accept it?

Its 100% authentic, only difference is it comes in a plain brown box instead of retail box.

Does it have a UPC? You will just have to create a label when you ship it to them and put the label on the packaging.

Yes it has a UPC and its on the box.

I just wasn't sure if Amazon would accept it if it didn't come in the colorful retail box.

As long as the product matches what is listed online, you are good. You will just have to print out a label and label each item before you send them to Amazon. That is how they know it is YOUR inventory they have.
