If you request money from a buyer and send the money request as "service" and Not item, what happens if buyer opens a dispute on paypal and escalates it to claim but 2 days later closes it.
Can they then chargeback through the credit card company? Will they be found in favor even though the payment was paid for as a service? After all they have already closed the dispute in paypal and paypal is not letting them re-open a dispute because in paypals eyes the issue is solved.
How does someone even know if they paid with a CC? Won't they be able to proceed with a chargeback immidiatly? Will you be notified through paypal they are trying to reverse the payment back to the CC if so the moment they dispute the payment with their CC?
I would appreciate if someone can explain the process to me. Thank you.

I just noticed you are the 2nd top poster on this forum.
I would guess you gain such a stat by LQ posting such as the one post now. ""
GT is not the 2nd top poster on these forums, she's around 4th or so. She got that way by posting good and helpful comments like the one she just posted.
