Exclamation Explained here "You must add funds to your PayPal account before sending more money"

I can tell you that this is some kind of new security feature paypal has, sometimes if its a new account and you try to send money instantly as soon as you get the funds , you will get that message.
They said that in my specific case, it's happening because I'm sending a hefty sum of money out of the US while my account is still 10 days old. Yeah $250 is a "hefty sum" now somehow... :/ .
This is a hit n miss on accounts. Not everybody is getting it. If you have a new account and try to send money and get that error, You're account is now under review.
They can and limit you're account if they find it necessary. So bottom line to not have this happen to you. If you get money in a new account do not touch it for a day or two and then send money.

I've done this and it worked and i ALSO personally sent money from a new account as soon as i got and got the error message "You must add funds to your PayPal account before sending more money" and 6 hours later was limited. They limitation said " We need more information about you're sales Its a new security feature so more details on this should be studied . This was my own personal test and i hope it saves people time and trouble! Please share your thoughts below

the way this is written it sounds like a phishing email.

paypal does not make grammatical errors like that. Look at the words in bold.

Copy & paste the message

it is a little funny when people continue to make to too there they're their your you're errors.

regardless, thanks for the information. It seems like letting both paypal and ebay account settle for a 30 day span would be the best choice. I will probably sell maybe 5 items first month, keep all the funds in the paypal account (low funds), and then start hitting the limits after and continue until unlimited :D in theory it should be 180 days

This is the email, i wrote what they said myself so excuse the grammar errors in the post

We need your help resolving an issue with your account. To give us time to
work together on this, we've temporarily limited what you can do with your
account until the issue is resolved.

We understand it may be frustrating not to have full access to your PayPal
account. We want to work with you to get your account back to normal as
quickly as possible.

What's the problem?

We need some more information about some of your recent sales.

Case ID Number: PP-001-812-809-xxx

How you can help

It's usually pretty easy to take care of things like this. Most of the
time, we just need a little more information about your account or latest
transactions.

To help us with this and to find out what you can and can't do with your
account until the issue is resolved, log in to your account and go to the
Resolution Center.

Sincerely,
PayPal

Yeah, it seems that when you receive a large um of money, it's best to make sure the item related to that transaction is delivered and tracking number uploaded stating that before a cent of that money is spent.

This security system has been around for some very long time, what it means is that your account balance has been "held" pending reviews. Once you receive this message, log out of your account and do not do anything for 24 hours, because that's how long it usually takes. After that, you should be able to send payments of any amount if you did not indulge in any activities recently that is too high of a flag raiser.

This has been going on a long time. Sometimes, its just a Paypal error and nothing you did. It happens from time to time.

I had this happen to me. I ended up calling them from the number on file, and they told me that it was an error that popped up randomly and that my account was in perfect standing. 24 hours later, I still had it, so I sent an email via the website's contact form. The rep said that she changed some things on my account and that I shouldn't have the issues anymore. That's the case because I haven't seen this error since.

Moral of the story? Contact them to get this removed

Are you able to provide them with what they wanted? If no then you're out of luck.
