Default Bitmit -- bitcoin marketplace

What is everyone's impressions of Bitmit Bitcoin market place - Buy and sell goods with Bitcoin ?

I know the strong point is bitcoin escrow. Bitcoins are secure from buyer's "friendly fraud" and escrow makes it secure for buyers too.

It's a bit small though even though it's the largest bitcoin marketplace available.

I'm not exactly convinced on their "exchange rate" of money to their coin. Sounds like too much work.

I agree. These days buyers want to buy it fast and easy. If they have to spend an hour figuring out BitCoin and learning it about it, the will go elsewhere.

A marketplace needs to create a better round wheel, not reinvent a new square wheel.

My guess is that it won't take off. Nice idea, though.

It serves the needs of some users whose location precludes other market places.
