paypal asking date of birth

i was going to make new paypal account,. i change my internet provider so that got me new ip. i got a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name generator made up for me address . but when i go to create paypal account (new system added few days ago in payapl ), it is now asking while registering for new account for date of birth. what to do just make up a date of birth?
