what is the difference between vcc and vba when it comes to verifying paypal?????

Hi i am trying to verify few paypal with vba

but not a lot of sellers over here can give big numbers of vba fast enough

so im wondering is it possible to verify paypal with vcc

and can i still withdraw money by requesting a check

basically my question is which way is the better way to verify paypal

To verify a Paypal you need a bank, also you could apply for their card but that's not going to work with a stealth account or serve your request for numerous accounts.

A VCC is added to lift the sending/receiving limits, it is important that is be a AVS VCC which allow's you to link the card to Paypal confirming the address you registered with.

I personally never requested a check from them, the best way to verify is with a real bank of your own. One that works with mis-matched names.

Not wise to use checks.

Why are you thinking of getting checks IF the account is stealth?
Did you consider getting them cashed?

Next time, wait at least 8 hours B4 demanding replies too

ok this is how i thought of requesting check

i add a second address

on the address i write

my name
12345 unit street
city, state zip

so that way on the check my name would show and u can cash them at the liqour store

Correct me if I'm wrong someone, but isn't one of the main differences that VBA verifies and lifts limits, while VCC only lifts limits?

Again, this has been a n ongoing learning process for me, so if I'm wrong, by all means, someone please correct me.
