How would you like to pay...60%

Just made a new batch of PP accounts. Last batch i made about 3 month ago and everything was as expected.

Now it shows that " How would you like to pay for your purchases..." on the main page with a box to the right with 60% completed.

It disappears as soon as a add a card to it.

Is that anything to be concerned about ? Not that i am but i really do not like to use a VCC to verify until i am actually going to use the account for something.

Is this something they are doing now to entice you to verify immediately coz they don't like unverified accounts floating around anymore ?

They just are asking for how you intend to pay when you buy stuff - use a proper CC.

Means you have given 60% of the info they want for the account.
