Adding old email?

Hey. I had a paypal account with a certain email (i'll call it A), i added a new email (B) and deleted the old one (A). So my account got limited with this B email. Can i make a new account and use the A email again?

No. If you do, the new account will be limited as well. Just create a new email address for the new account.

Even though you deleted and changed email address "A" PayPal still keeps the records and you'll be linked.

I have received money to A email but i can't retrieve it yet, because there's no PayPal account. Any way i could recover that money?

No. Paypal have every details and logs on your paypal.
