YOU should have accepted that too - when I have had buyers do this kind of thing, I focus on my OTHER customers. I dont need this kind of drama and you had a chance to get rid of this kind of scummy buyer.
Now, I am NOT saying the buyer is right to do this but there is a refund policy in place and YOU know this buyer is going to use that policy....and possibly screw you over in the process (as yotano implied).

Sadly - yes. Learn from this. It sucks but in most circumstances, the buyer is always right....pp offers them a lot of incentives, eb has return policy...when a buyer gives you some kind of statement like this, best to avoid the hassle.
