paypal limit for new account

today i verified my paypal account using debit card...then today i check my paypal account..sadly was limit...unusual credit card linked to account....is vcc problem??

Did you use the Credit Card on a previous account? Also was the CC a VCC?

no..this is new credit card....i verify for 5 paypal acc...2 use credit card and 3 use vcc....using credit limit all paypal limit...for vcc only 1 ok...other 2 limit... all problem is :

but the problem is...i use user..so no issue with cookies/flash ...then ip is recorded..no issues with ip..and credit card number is different...then name , address, and everthing is different..so what the issues????

What kind of credit card are you using?

Do you keep money on the credit card or do you cancel it after you've used it?

Could be that the vcc is being flagged - you able to try with different cc?

I would say there's a 99% chance that your card number was used by someone else before, probably the VCC issuer issuing the same VCC numbers over and over with new expiration dates.

yes i already try my credit card/my debit card/vcc...the problem is random limit..some account limit...some not..my vcc start from 410162...if vcc problem..why my account using credit card also limit??
