Transferring money from a new PP to old PP

my ebay account was restricted from selling 3 months ago.
the paypal account is fine and i could sell on other platforms.

today i ordered an anonymous VISA rechargeable credit card
I'm planning on opening a new paypal and new eBay accounts
on my laptop which has a completely fresh OS (win 8), Mac address has been changed, i'm not using my network, i use a neighbors network which i never used before for ebay/paypal.

is this enough?

now, another question: my old paypal account is associated with my bank account.
assuming everything goes well with the new PP and Ebay accounts and i start making money, if i'll transfer that money from the new Paypal account to the old one and then withdraw it to my bank account, could that cause eBay to suspend me?

would like your kind comments and advises on how to get back to eBay.

You might get away with it once or twice, but be prepared for both account to get shut down. Had this happen to me when I first started stealth and I'll never do it.

Good luck and all the best. Best bet is to make a new bank account and just link it with the new paypal. Best to go complete stealth.

Get a reloadable dollar visa card from the post office and withdraw money directly to it. Once you raise you withdrawing limit to a credit card from $750 to $2,500 it's cheaper to withdraw it a credit card rather than a bank account in Israel.

Do not steal from a neighbor's network. Pay for your own ISP services.

That's not what this forum is about. We do not endorse this type of dealings.

You would be the 1st to scream if a person used your network & damaged anything of your business.
