I'm new to this site, but I've been around PayPal and eBay since they came out. I got an account suspended couple days ago and Im reading a bit to get a feel of how things changed to prep to be back into it, cant live without PP & eBay!

Welcome, just about everyone on this board have been burned by EBay and Paypal more than once so you came to the right place. Read around the forum for answers but I suggest you pick up a copy of the Ebay Stealth Book.
