Hi ive got a problem... I had a paypal account suspended like 90 days ago, the money has been released but i cant withdraw it because the bank on the account i no longer have. When i try to add a new bank account it asks me for my full credit card number (i dont have it any more) so i cant add another bank account what can i do?
Oh and to make matters worse the account name is 'hillary' im a man so i cant ring.

I had a similar issue about 2 months back. Phone PayPal and they will attempt to override that security measure... and if it still doesn't work, they can manually add the bank for you.
And yes, Hilary is a unisex name. I don't think that they care too much about that sort of thing anyway.
Ah yes hilary is unigender so thats good i think ill ring them tomorrow. Yeah Elijah is right i close the bank accounts when paypal limits them because theres no point in me having a dead account and it means i can open a new one.
