They contravened their own postal regulations.
B4 panicking, go over your own paperwork. Do not be forced into a corner because of USPS.
Ask yourself this. As a regular seller wtfudge would you suddenly send an item & have signature waiver. Did not happen, did it.
USPS have created an incorrect scenario for you by all of their actions.
